Chad Lefevre (Founder, CEO & Chief Visionary Officer)

Chad Lefevre is a visionary thought leader behind TMIC, as well as an international Design-Thinker, business philosopher and senior-level strategist, writer, and speaker with two decades of senior business experience, successfully designing business strategy, and leading cultural transformation and leadership development initiatives.

Chad’s work centers around human potential, and is focused on designing transformative business strategies and solutions affecting the areas of business operations, leadership development, cultural transformation and team building, branding, PR and marketing communications.

He founded NeuroBe Inc., a neuroscience-based design-thinking consulting firm, and Ncite Media Inc., a neuroscience based leadership development video game production company. He has served such companies/brands as: Coca-Cola, TELUS, Sony Music Latin, Music World, SimWin (sports metaverse), Kraken Studios, Lion Gaming Group, Caesars Entertainment, UNLV, UofC, United Way, Shell, the Hoffman Institute, the Canfield Group, Bell West, Richard Blanco: Poet Laureate to the Obama Administration, co-producing SANG (which featured leading thinkers including Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Peter Guber, Tony Hsieh, and Peter Diamandis, among hundreds of others); co-producing the Sundance Thought Leader Summit, among others.

Chad is an avid student and researcher of being and life, with a focus in the areas of ontology, behavioral psychology, perception, psychedelics and game theory. Other areas of research and expertise supporting his work include , design-thinking, complexity theory, change management, and systems thinking. A dynamic, funny and powerful leader and speaker, Chad engages leaders and audiences through his unparalleled insights into how the mind, environment and technology recursively influence and define each other in our digital age. He is an advocate for being-centered living, environmental stewardship, and our urgent need to unite humanity to create a future that realigns with nature in a life regenerative way, while healing divisions among peoples through collaboration.

September Dohrmann (Co-Founder & COO)

September Dohrmann is the Co-Founder and COO of The Most Important Conversations, a Transformational Guide, and a DesignSummit Facilitator.

Within TMIC, she leads Business By-Design, a high-level ecosystem for entrepreneurs and business owners who treat their work as an expression of their calling and want a clean, aligned, and structurally sound way to build a thriving business. Drawing from her experience in operational architecture, she’s passionate about helping leaders translate inner clarity into business structures and systems that can hold the magnitude of their vision.

Her private guidance work supports high-performers in dissolving unconscious patterns, reclaiming their inherent authority, and leading from unshakable self-trust. Through a blend of ontology, intuitive insight, IFS principles, transformational coaching, and somatic breathwork, September creates the internal conditions where clarity, ease, and deep fulfillment become a sustainable way of being.

September thrives in conversations that reshape how people see themselves and what they believe is possible. Through her own self-leadership, she empowers visionaries to build from their core identity, so success becomes a natural expression of who they are, not something they have to chase.

Richard Quinn (CIO)

Richard Quinn is a transformative coach, thought leader, and healer based in Ubud, Bali. With a mission to help individuals break free from societal norms and embrace their true selves, Richard emphasizes that “ideas are the currency of the future” and champions creative thinking as a path to personal freedom and happiness.

In his role as Senior Research Manager at TMIC, Richard combines his artistic background with strategic career consulting to guide individuals toward clarity and purpose. His holistic approach integrates various disciplines, fostering environments where clients can explore and align with their authentic selves.

Richard’s work extends beyond one-on-one coaching; he actively participates in global conversations on personal development and spiritual growth. His involvement in events like the Bali Spirit Festival underscores his commitment to community engagement and the dissemination of transformative ideas. Through his multifaceted endeavors, Richard Quinn continues to inspire and facilitate profound personal transformations, helping individuals navigate their journeys toward self-discovery and fulfillment.

Angie Lile Bio

When Angie Lile was in the second grade, she was constantly writing sentences during recess time…

Even at a young age she was embracing her love for communicating messages. 

Using the video skills she acquired from the New York-based Food Network coupled with her 17+ years of social media expertise, Angie has grown her business team to include several digital media experts from around the United States.

Together they manage social media accounts for several New York Times best-selling authors including Dr. Deepak Chopra and Iyanla Vanzant and serving a unique niche in the Health and Wellness Industry has helped Angie to balance full-time social media use with mental well-being.

Angie spends her free time advocating for public school equity through various organizations including the Kansas City Public Schools District Advisory Committee and KC TIF Watch.  She also serves as a community leader in the Waldo Neighborhood in Kansas City and serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Waldo Area Business Association.

Bill Schuffenhauer (VP reProgramming)

Bill Schuffenhauer is an Olympic silver medalist, renowned speaker, and high-performance coach whose inspirational journey epitomizes resilience, determination, and transformation. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Bill overcame extreme adversity, including homelessness and poverty, to become a celebrated athlete and influential leader.

Excelling first in track and field and later transitioning to bobsledding, Bill achieved remarkable success, notably winning a silver medal at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. His athletic career is marked by extraordinary perseverance and a commitment to excellence.

Today, Bill dedicates his life to empowering others as a motivational speaker and executive coach through his organization, Executive Athletes International. At TMIC, Bill actively contributes his invaluable insights and experiences, striving to inspire and uplift individuals facing their own challenges. His aspiration to positively impact lives aligns seamlessly with TMIC’s mission of healing and evolving humanity into its next powerful phase.

Tracy Hazzard

Tracy is the CEO and Co-Founder of Podetize, the largest (and only female-owned and led) podcast production technology company in the industry serving independent podcasters and networks.

For three decades, the Rhode Island School of Design alum has been applying design principles and process to everything she touches: designing mass market textiles, products, and furniture, as well as, creating collaborative Human-Guided AI workflows that honor the voices of thought leaders and original creators while innovating social and mass media content syndication technologies.




Angie Alexander

Angie is a Professional Engineer, Leadership & Team Effectiveness Consultant, Speaker and a Certified Mental Fitness Coach.

After over 20 years in the oil and gas industry in Alberta, she realized that her technical background combined with her people-oriented approach to working with leaders and their teams was her superpower! She loves nothing more than to support, encourage, lift up and help people be their best professional selves! 

She is an empathetic coach and facilitator who loves to support technical professionals, leaders and teams work better together.  She has skills in leadership development, mental fitness coaching, organizational effectiveness, facilitation, process design & improvement, change management and project management. She possesses a passion for bringing teams together to work more effectively, make better decisions, be more innovative and think more strategically.

She is sought out to unlock the power of multi-discipline teams to unravel and solve complex technical & business problems.  She has led a multi-discipline team at a major oil and gas company to create, document and implement a process for Execution Planning, Development Planning and Appraisal Planning. She is sought out by leaders at all levels to act as a sounding board for their team organizational designs, issue resolution and ongoing strategy conversations. She has successfully facilitated and guided newly formed teams through their strategic vision development and key behavior conversations. She is viewed as a leader on asset teams for play development, approval meetings and updates to senior management.

Angie lives, works and plays on the traditional territories of the Treaty 7 region in Southern Alberta. Moh’kins’tsis is the traditional Blackfoot name of the place we now call Calgary.

Oliver Laurent

Oliver Clarity is a visionary Concept Architect, speaker, writer, and humanitarian dedicated to shaping a thriving future for all life on Earth.

Combining expertise in psychology, consciousness research, and systems thinking, Oliver develops pragmatic solutions for lasting change. His approach bridges individual transformation with large-scale societal shifts, focusing on creating a New Paradigm of Society.

At the heart of Oliver’s work is the concept of an Open Earth, a world where openness, collaboration, and sustainability form the foundation of a thriving global community. He specializes in designing incentive-based, peer-to-peer systems that self-perpetuate and scale, leading to rapid societal transformation. This vision has culminated in the creation of the Open Systems Foundation (OSF), a philanthropic organization enabling the creation of the Open Earth.

The OSF focuses on three key areas: Open Earth Technologies, Innovation Environments, and Ecosystem Architectures. These initiatives aim to foster global co-creativity, enable pioneering technologies, and ensure sustainable resource flow for progress. One of the OSF’s flagship projects is Gaia Commons, One of the OSF’s flagship projects is Gaia Commons, a foundational infrastructure initiative that enables planetary-scale collaboration by providing the legal, technological, and governance systems necessary for regenerative projects worldwide to coordinate as a unified commons ecosystem.

Now Oliver is emerging as a thought leader whose ideas not only envision a better future but provide frameworks to achieve it. Through the OSF, he invites visionary philanthropists and change-makers to join this transformative journey towards an Open Earth, where innovation and collective well-being drive global prosperity.

Oliver is working as a member of the TMIC team to integrate TMIC’s reCreation Center model and DesignSummit’s program into the Open Earth framework. TMIC is a partner in the OSF as a primary philanthropic benefactor from TMIC’s work. 

Jenna Smith

Jenna Smith is a psychotherapist trained transformational guide for powerful, sensitive individuals who find themselves stuck, despite outward success.

With a deep background in psychotherapy, shamanic intuitive healing, and ontological coaching, Jenna helps high performance people move beyond the limits of effort and willpower into a deeper intelligence, one that includes the mind, body, heart, and spirit.

She calls her work Re-Sourcing; a path of reclaiming inner wisdom, emotional fluency, and energetic vitality. For those who are used to holding it all together for everyone else, Jenna offers a space to let go, recalibrate, and truly heal.

Her mission is to help people shift from burnout and emotional suppression into aliveness, flow, and non-conditional confidence. She doesn’t believe in choosing between success and peace, she believes you can have both. And she’s living proof.

Jenna is part of the TMIC team, with a focus on providing support for those in the TMIC community who are seeking that extra personal and individual support system. She is also a facilitator of the Liberated Love program, an ontological program focusing on relationships, whether you’re single or are in one.
