Chad Lefevre, Founder, is a a visionary thought leader, international Design Thinker, business philosopher and senior-level strategist, writer, and speaker with two decades of senior business experience, successfully designing business strategy, and leading cultural transformation and leadership development initiatives.

Chad’s work centers around human potential, and is focused on designing transformative business strategies and solutions effecting the areas of business operations, leadership development, cultural transformation and team building, branding, PR and marketing communications.
He founded NeuroBe, a neuroscience-based design-thinking consulting firm, and Ncite Media Inc., a neuroscience based leadership development video game production company. Matt Taylor

Biography

60 years designing, building, facilitating, teaching, writing, researching, as an integrated design practice applied to a wide variety of projects n architecture, construction, graphics, work furniture, alternative futures modeling, work processes, organizational structure and practices, collaborative design, the configuration and use of complex technology systems for computer/multimedia and buildings. Co-designer and holder of the Patent System for optimizing interaction among agents acting on multiple levels. While maintaining an active design practice, Matt’s present primary focus is in two arenas: documenting the knowledge gained in 60 years of work and transferring it to individuals and organizations interested in going beyond only profit and personal satisfaction to build a Future Ready society. And, the research, design, building and using of environments which preserve all life and planet, support human transformation, are works of art, and can be realized at an affordable time and cost. A P P R E N TI C E S H I P: Studied architecture with Frank Lloyd Wright and Bruce Goff. From 1956 through 1970, “went where the work is” taking employment––starting at entry level and working up to senior positions––with organizations pushing the state-of-the-art in architecture, construction, product design, city design and development, technology, organizational development, future studies, retailing, sales. This experience was augmented by intensive personal study, with mentors, with a focus on Cybernetics and Systems Theory. Matt’s test of personal competency was if he could contribute original work of value to the enterprise employing him and the industry it was in. G O A L S: To discover and integrate knowledge, methods and technologies employed in different fields of human work, Develop their application to new challenges in diverse organizations and fields of endeavor while radically reducing the time from conception to completed work. To remove unnecessary costs from projects by improvement of the process, not compromising the outcome. To Invent and apply processes which enhance creativity, collaboration and innovation. To achieve shared economic, social and ecological profit from all professional engagements. To participate in all projects in a way that the work promotes personal and social transformation leading to a better world for all.

Key Projects

As project Engineer, in 1964, with Tishman Construction and Development in NYC, built a 100 million dollar––in today’s money––project in 14 months; the lightest concrete structure for it size. In 1967 as Director of Research and Special Projects for the Del E. Web corporation rationalized the design, and construction method for the Arizona, California, and Florida Sun City developments––this involved a phase of work for a city of 50,000. As Director of the Renascence Project, in 1974, developed a research library and course to study the possible futures of the 21st Century. Since 1976, with Gail Taylor: in 1982, facilitated the U.S. Army to recreate its training program cutting two years off of the development time and moving from “sit and get” to experiential learning. For Acacia Group in 1985, facilitated and prototyped a business model and environment which integrated banking, insurance, and investment for mid market customers. For NASA in 1993 reconfigured Langley wind tunnels saving 50% test set up time. USAF, 1994, facilitated putting the F-15 back into production in 18 months reducing cost per plane by 12%, increased component reliability by two times, and combat capability by one and a half times. 1995, facilitated the testing process and engine development of the Boeing 777 saving three years to market and four billion in capital costs. 1996 Transferred the Taylor design Shop Method to E&Y, its first application with large consulting corporations. 2002, built the Vanderbilt Center For Better Health which launched 22 new enterprises in innovative medicine over the next 10 years. From 1999 to present consulted with the School of Education at Columbia University rebuilding 5 floors of the Library building and the making of the multi-media Learning Theater. 2001 – 2006 Developed the WorkSpace at Davos for the World Economic Forum. 2006, designed, fabricated and co-built the UniCredit navCenter in Turin (see below). Since 1980, over 30 learning, collaborative design environments, facilitated my Matt and Gail Taylor, employing the Taylor process have been built. Of recent, Matt has established SKYSTONE design for rapid prototyping of new processes and environments and continuing work with selected practitioners such as The Difference PwC. The integrating principle of all this work is collaborative design to achieve innovation.

Rob Evans

Biography

Rob Evans is committed to helping courageous leaders achieve the great things of which they dream by using the innovative DesignShopTM Process to align and mobilize their teams. Rob is one of the world’s most successful large group facilitators and has been at the forefront of developing new approaches for large-scale collaboration, including the EY/Capgemini Accelerated Solutions that he founded in 1995. Under Rob’s leadership, the ASE practice grew to 28 purpose-built centers around the world as well as countless mobile deployments. Rob is the co-founder and managing partner of Imaginal Labs, LLC [Imaginal-Labs.com]. He has a long history of successfully directing projects on business transformation, strategy development and implementation, major IT systems implementation, cultural assessment and change, total quality management, and performance improvement throughout the United States and Europe. Patterns unpacks the “secret sauce” that made the ASE and its offshoots the gold standard for effective solution design workshops. Models: Frameworks for Transformation, presents an all-new explanation of the MG Taylor Modeling Language. Rob has published four annual Casebooks containing actual agendas contributed by global masters of this work. Rob conducts trainings all around the world in this methodology. September Dohrmann is the current President and CEO of CEO Space International. In what Forbes.com called a “must-attend” for entrepreneurs, the CEO Space Business Growth Conferences are strategically scheduled five times each year to create a steady pace of growth. For over 25 years, CEO Space International has brought together business leaders, investors and entrepreneurs to create a networking environment unlike any other. Bill Schuffenhauer, Oly, CPC is an American 3x Olympian and Olympic Silver medalist with team USA. As a certified professional leadership to legacy coach, Bill works with executives and professional athletes from all around the world helping them to identify and overcome challenges, allowing them to achieve new heights of personal and professional success. As Brand & Product Strategist working with recognized retail brands like Costco, Staples, Target, Better Homes & Gardens and Martha Stewart Living, Tracy Hazzard has designed, sourced, and launched 250+ consumer products and co-invented 40 patents generating over $2 Billion for her own companies and her clients. Her bionomic designs and sustainable material research for contract furnishing design-leader, Herman Miller led to the first color, material, and finish line overhaul since Alexander Girard created the CMF program in the 1970s. In the last eight years, Tracy has co-hosted five popular podcasts with 2500 interviews and commentaries on disruptive technologies like: AI (artificial intelligence); blockchain; NFTs, 3d printing; digital media; social media; intellectual property; and tech innovation. Tracy Hazzard believes that great design doesn’t have to cost more or be more effort, it just has to be intentional. Tracy loves to play in the intersection of disruptive change especially where art and technology meet. That’s why you will find her teaching AI one day and designing bespoke furniture the next.

As a founding member of the non-profit, Podcasters United, she believes that everyone’s voice needs to be heard. Her personal mission is to bring exposure and reward to those who bring the most valuable significant impact into the world to keep original voices and ideas from being drowned out by the mediocre.

Jeff is the proud husband of the brilliant and beautiful Dr. Tara Brooks who not only serves as a veterinarian in the St. Louis region but who is also the founder of Hope Mending Hearts, a national non-profit organization that specializes in providing funds for emergency animal needs when the owners cannot afford for the care.
Along with her local and national work, Dr. Brooks has also worked with the St. Louis Zoo serving in other countries to save and protect different wildlife species.

Tod Babick

Biography

Tod Babick, founder of Studio Babick, is an industrial designer and expert in biophilic design. For more than 30 years his work has been guided by the understanding that what we find beautiful is determined by our innate connection to the natural environment in which we evolved. He has brought this perspective to the design of office and residential furniture; kitchen and bath furnishings and fittings; giftware, table top products, and toys; color, material and finish programs; and hospitality and showroom spaces. Along the way Tod has accumulated numerous design awards and utility patents, including the patent for Kohler’s Smart Divide sinks, a concept that generated tremendous revenue for them and stands as a benchmark for innovation. Tod studied music performance and computer programming and made bespoke furniture for the trade before graduating with an industrial design degree from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). He served as staff designer and design director for studios and start-ups in Rhode Island and Michigan, eventually joining Chuck Saylor and Dan West to start Izzydesign (later Izzy+). After the acclaimed launch of Izzydesign, Tod left to open his own practice. In 2007 he launched Pieter VanTuyl with a critically acclaimed collection of limited-series, hand-crafted furniture and objects focused on retaining traditional artisanal production while using sustainable materials. The collection debuted at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York, and was featured in Metropolis and Interior Design magazines, as well as many other publications. Tod’s awards, including the 2022 Good Design Award, Best of NeoCon 2001 Editor’s Choice Award for Izzy’s Clara line, Best of NeoCon in 2019 and 2000, a 2004 Nightingale Award for healthcare seating, and a 1997 award from the International Design Resource Awards Competition. His work is included in the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design. His senior thesis project at RISD, based on the dynamics of natural light, won an ID Award from ID Magazine and was published in their 39th Annual Design Review, as well as Product Design 6

Patrick Pihana Branco

Biography

Patrick Pihana Branco is the former State Representative for Hawai’i House District 50 (Kailua and Kāne‘ohe Bay). He graduated from the Kamehameha Schools, and received his BA from Hawaʻ’i Pacific University and MA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C. Drawn to public service, Patrick joined the U.S. Foreign Service as a Diplomat in 2012. He served tours in Colombia, Pakistan, the Office of the Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan, the Secretary of State’s Operations Center, and Venezuela.

Biography

Angie Lile began consulting and managing social media sites starting in 2005, with MySpace, and quickly expanded to Facebook pages as soon as they were invented. Angie quickly saw how creating powerful online content could help brands build relationships with their audiences.
Using her video production background, she has created innovative, story-driven content for her clients and expanded into each platform as they grew in popularity including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.

Over the years, she has created her own strategies and continues to learn and expand her knowledge not only from notable social media gurus like Gary Vaynerchuk, Guy Kowasaki and Seth Godin, but also through her direct communication with Meta and expansion into the Metaverse, the next great communication platform for brands to explore. Adding to her expertise, Angie has collaborated with other media designers and social media influencers, and has shared that knowledge with her ever-growing client list.

She now works with notables such as Deepak Chopra, Iyanla Vanzant, Neale Donald Walsch and Arielle Ford and has worked with many other experts and authors over the years to provide strategy and training. Working with people and organizations from different walks of life over the years, has helped Angie to learn how some strategies may work great for certain clients, but not for others.

Angie continues to expand her knowledge base, testing theories, blogging about her results, making how-to-videos and even provides free consultations weekly through Kansas City GIFT, a movement dedicated to cementing a better future for all.

Joy Case is an Author, Speaker and Advisor in “New World” technologies, namely Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Digital Assets.

Joy’s background is rooted in Education and Real Estate. Prior to her focus on media and innovative technologies, Joy has over 15 years of experience as an educational leader in public schools and has taught K-12. She received a Masters of Education from the University of British Columbia (2002) and a Real Estate License from the Sauder School of Business (2005). Her expertise includes administration and management of schools, including accreditation and licensing.

As a real estate consultant, educator and investment advisor since 2005, she has had experience with commercial real estate, development projects, and residential real estate.

Combining her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm of technologies, she sits on the board of Advisors of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain companies to support the development of companies that are good for people and the planet.

She is now working in partnerships for the tokenization of hard assets, such as gold and real estate within the context of her position as V.P. of Real Estate and Business Development with the Lugen Family Office.
